CK Elite Racing and Mentor Team will be holding an Icebreaker clinic on March 27th.  The Clinic Preparing and training for your first triathlonwill focus on Transitions, Biking and Running.  We will not be swimming at this event.  Come out and knock off the dust, especially if your new to Triathlon.  We will have transition racks set up for you to practice on and be available to teach transitions or give suggestions.
After the transition overview we will bike the course in 3 different groups, a 20 mph average group, a 17.5 mph average group, and a 15 mph or slower average group.  These rides will be led by CK Elite and they will be NO DROP Rides.  The rides will be open to traffic so all laws must be obeyed.  After completing the ride you will transition and run the course. It will be open to traffic so obey all laws and be safe.  We will have volunteers present to watch your stuff in the transition area for you.  This is a self supported event, so bring enough water/gel for the clinic.
